The Ivory Crown is an ultra modern two-storey house plan designed for a 100×100 ft plot. It has a classical white façade with fluted columns, a grand arched feature above the entrance, curved balconies with glass balustrades and a dark hipped-tile roof. Inside, the double-volume living room, open kitchen with island and a full entertainment zone (swimming pool, outdoor bar, outdoor lounge, gym) suit a family that likes to host. The 5-star master suite, self-contained children’s bedrooms and family lounge keep the upper floor private.
